ChloA Watson is an 18-year old aspiring singer-songwriter and musician with a love for Jazz and R&B originally from Las Vegas. ChloA currently is residing in Southern California and recently performed at Kiss Kiss Bang Bang in LA and La Casa Del Camino in Laguna Beach as well as buskers around LA. She also was recently interviewed on Southern California’s KXFM where they played both her current and unreleased music as well as she performed for over 30 minutes live on the radio and the station made the interview into a podcast called ChloA. As well as several other radio stations have played ChloA’s music in the US, Canada and the UK. ChloA has shared the stage with music legend Clint Holmes and worked with AGT finalist Daniel Emmet on the production of her first single Reality. Even though ChloA is in the early stages of her career, she has already won several awards for her music including two-time Unsigned Only teen winner, four-time semi-finalist for the International Songwriting Contest and one-time Music City SongStar contest. Her raw, poignant voice complements her soulful songwriting, and has drawn comparisons reminiscent of Adele, Amy Winehouse, Corrine Baily and Norah Jones. At age 16, ChloA wrote the lyrics and melody to Reality which she dedicated her first month of sales to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in honor of a close relative diagnosed with cancer. Inspired by the idea of a first crush, ChloA wanted to explore love with her second single “YOU”. “Blending elements of blues guitar composition & indie inspired production, “YOU” draws heavily on various contemporary influences, stretching as far as Latin melodic work & play.” [Music Gateway Best Music Spotlight] “YOU” paints the age-old story of how love can be blind, but takes it a step further to encompass the fear that comes with facing the expression of love. A song many can relate to. Next came “Ghost” and an EP will be released in 2021. ChloA recently attended Judy Stakee’s songwriting retreat in Nashville and performed at the Cutting Edge Music Conference in New Orleans in September of 2021. ChloA will be performing for Hope Means Nevada Festival and several private events in November in Las Vegas, NV.
