Hope Means Nevada

Hello! My name is Jayna Hughes; I am currently 17 years old and recently graduated with the class of 2022. I am a professional dancer/artist. At the beginning of 2022, I moved to California to pursue my dreams of being an artist in all aspects, including dancing, acting, singing, modeling, etc. I was gifted with the opportunity to move out and join a pop group named The Future X. Since then, I’ve been able to tour Brazil, Portugal, and all over the United States. Although I was incredibly blessed with this opportunity and moved out to California, education has always been a main focus of mine, so I worked hard to graduate high school early. I am proud to be a part of the Hope Means Nevada Teen Committee.

With all of this being said, finding time to prioritize my mental health and how I am feeling mentally while all of this was going on has always been something I made sure I did, and that is why I so heavily associate with Hope Means Nevada and the message it is catering to all. Hope Means Nevada holds a special place in my heart because it is founded where I resonate as my home and focuses on something that needs more attention. Our mental health affects our everyday lives, and finding a support system in those times of trouble and despair is the light and hope we all need. Hope Means Nevada is an outlet for all struggling children, teens, and adults who need someone to talk to and be there for support. I could not be more proud to be part of this wonderful family.
