As one of the founding partners of the award-winning marketing and communications agency R&R Partners, Mary Ann served as President, COO, and Chief Brand Officer of the agency most known for its legendary “What Happens Here, Stays Here” campaign for Las Vegas tourism.

She brought fresh thinking to travel brands like Las Vegas, Allegiant Air, MGM Resorts International, CSAA, Hyatt’s Destination Collection, and Groupo Posadas, Mexico’s largest resort group. As well as brands across healthcare, tech, transit, and hospitality.
