Hi, my name is Sydney Menante; I’m a sophomore at Reno Highschool. I love playing soccer and running track. One of my favorite things to do is to wakeboard. To me, mental health is something that needs to be talked about. So many people are afraid to say what their feeling or talk about what’s going on, and it makes people feel more alone. Being part of Hope Mean Nevada helped show me that people care even if you don’t know them.
